No service at all. Do not use them!

How is it that a business like this does not answer a phone or reply to emails. Paid for expedited international shipping, the shipment made it here from across the world in 5 days. And it's now been in SA for 7 days with no movement!!!

No one replies to an email, no one cares. The heads of this company should hide their heads in shame. This is by far the worst customer service in the country. Never use this company.
