No service at all
There staff are useless and do not do there work, I spoke to a Paul Stuurman , He said to me Customs released my goods and I will have my shipment 2 days later. Now he denies ever speaking to me, He has not worked on my case in a week, Customer care just refers you to his manager" Mr Mashego" that don't answer his phone, absolutely the worst service ever, rather use DHL or anyone else, you have no support what so ever from them, Customer care doped the phone twice on me, I even tried there online international support, That was also useless. NEVER USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT

01 Oct 2020, 07:56You said the management would contact me, They did to tell me they were on leave, The forwarder paid all fines and fees and for the last 3 days I have send several emails to Paul, ... no reply, I tried phoning... it just say the subscriber not available, I phoned 15 times, I cant get Fedex to release or to contact me, there is no service at all, I cant get in contact with anyone at all, this is the worst service ever, I am trying to contact Fedex USA but no luck. just don't use Fedex at all...Ever
