No service and no refund recieved for 4 months
Very poor service from TNT. In March I recieved a quote to get a parcel collected from Pakistan to be delivered to South Africa. Till now, the parcel has not been collected. Telling me that Pakistan is under lockdown. The lockdown in Pakistan has been uplifted. Now I'm asking for my refund and they are not responding to me. This is utter BS. I want a regional manager to contact me.
