No response, worst courier

I ordered some vitamins from the usa, my package arrived fedex SA in the a.m of Friday 18th August, 2017 tracking nos showed its at customs clearance since 1.18pm. Up till now, no word from FedEx and they were meant to deliver before or latest by 6pm today 22nd August. I have called FedEx 3 times, call center reps have no clue of when my package will be delivered. This is the worst international courier have used and im very dissapointed. A friend of mine that we ordered together but decided to use Dhl got her packaged delivered to her already(within 4 days). Im so angry right now becos these are just few bottles of vitamins for personal use(which I ought to have started taking already) and taking forever to deliver, while your competitor did a great and faster job. I have learnt my lesson NEVER EVER to use FedEx again and will have to tell all the people that I have recommended your courier company to use dhl so as not to go through this nonsense.
