Shipment ********** 55 arrived in SA on Monday. This is a low value shipment for 34usd. Yesterday an invoice for customs were received from Gwen. I responded with my bank statement showing that it was less than R500. Since then I have sent 5 follow up emails with no response at all. I need my shipment sorted.
