No invoice and lack of communication

I have a shipment coming in from China with TNT, tracking number is ********** 73.The goods were cleared by Customs on the 14th June and still till today there is no update if im going to get my goods or not.I am still awaiting my invoice i have sent emails enquiring about my stuff and still no answer..Im told by the agent that the goods are at the TNT warehouse and im here waiting for my invoice or the goods to be released..i need the stuff by tomorrow latest and by the looks of things I won't be getting them soon if they keep doing this...This is probably the last time I use TNT, i thought it will be different but I was wrong..this is really bad service, im not happy at all..
