No HELP WHEN CALLING WHAT SO EVER

I've ordered items off of takealot.com my parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 15th of Feb 2018 When Calling FedEx to get details on my delivery I was thrown around by consultant to consultant. When at last I spoke to a lady with an American accent. She was of no help at all constantly putting me on hold, she didn't put me on hold I couldn't hear what she was mumbling. at last she took me off of hold and told me to give me a tracking number. when I did that she put the phone down in my ear. I still dont know where my parcell is and getting p#ssed off...
