No Help From FedEx Customs Brokers
I am being charged customs VAT and tax for only half a shipment. One of my two packages was returned while transit because it contained Lithium Ion batteries but now I'm being invoiced as if everything is available. I have reached out to FedEx but I've just been ignored.
