No feedback received re my shipment
I called today around 11:20 am to see why my shipment is 5 days overdue. I was promised feedback but before COB, no one returned my call. I was told that Cleopatra would revert back to me with feedback<br> <br> We receive shipments every few days and once again, pathetic service from TNT... Unfortunately this is'n't the first time I'm having issues
