No express in TNT
Ordered item from China more than a month ago. Paid the extra money to have it delivered “express”. All payments from my side made promptly. TNT are quick to remind you about extra money or penalties that will be charged it you don’t pay promptly. Paid TNT R433 for an admin fee. The item should have been delivered within 3-5 working days. It has now been more than a month and I am still waiting. TNT does not know the meaning of the word express. I have used the TNT customer complaint website more than 3 times but, also they don’t seem to bother. No need to waste ones time, money or energy on TNT.
