NO DELIVERY - THE DEVIL IS GETTING WAY TOO COMFORTABLE

So i have been using FedEx for quite sometime now, and there is always something that i have to complain about, its either i have to call to get an invoice and make the same call about 10 times before someone finally sends the invoice or my delivery date keeps getting changed and i have to go to the office myself to go fetch my packages, this to me is really not cool, its true the devil you know is better than the angel you dont but this devil seems to be content with the bad state at which it conducts business.

i have been waiting for a shipment that i need to work with, ive been overseas for work but made it a point to sort all my invoices out whilst i was away, all this so i will meet my package waiting for me on my return. now i get back and its not here, i call only for some lady to tell me that the previous lady didnt update something, how is that my business. and that i will only get my package that evening, you will think they will make it a point to rememdey their ***** up, she then decides to drop the call on me, i call again ask for a supervisor and im told there isnt any supervisor as they all start work at 8am, on a more serious note this is getting too much and out of hand. Last time i complained you lot sent a lady to metigate the situation and she was nice for a minute then she also started dodging my calls.

WHEN I PAY MORE THAN A 1000 USD FOR SHIPPING, I EXPECT TO GET MY MONIES WORTH AS THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDED WASN'T FOR FREE!!! IF YOU WANT A BOYCOTT CAMPAIGN ON YOUR HANDS KEEP ACTING AS IF YOU ARE UNTOUCHABLE. NOKIA DID THE SAME AND WHERE ARE THEY TODAY.
