No Delivery- Shipment ***

I am so sad with TNT Express South Africa, I have paid customs duties, i have also sent the proof of Payment to Clarrisa Swart, but nothing has happened, I have phoned TNT more than 10 times, asking them to release my parcel, still even today I did not receive my parcel. The parcel was suppose to be sent to someone in Durban on 19th of April 2016. I just had a bad experience.
