No delivery Fedex

Fedex was supposed to deliver a envelop sincemlast week Tuesday, we had a look on the online tracking service annd discovered that they had been by our complex twice and said that we were not home, we stayed at home the whole of last week no one called at they gate nothing how are supposed to know a delivery is at the gate if nobody call bad service we have called the customer care line no help Fedex offers poor service cost us over R1000 no assistance no service
