NO DELIVERY AND NO COMMUNICATION
It my second time coming back here for FedEx bad customer services it seems i have to come to Hello Peter to get a response from Fedex my parcel was out on delivery from 15 December 2025 still have not received it i have sent emails no one is coming back to me when i am checking on there website it planned to be delivered for 19 dec 2025 but no parcel no communication this is frustrating because clearly stated that this a urgent delivery please do your job

19 Dec 2025, 16:33I just received a call from the driver the driver he was very Rude to me he was shouting at me he told he will not delivery my parcel because it far and it not on his route and he doesn't care about what i am saying i cant report him he doesn't have a company and his number it not registed and refused to give his name Fedex told me that my parcel was given to trustworthy 3nd party is this how you are treating customers giving our stuff to ********s the driver threatened me you put my life and my family's life in danger b in danger and he hang up the call i want an explanation for this because i will not let it go
