no delivery after 2 days

I order stuff from an online shopping network and they have send my parcel through FedEx.waybil no MDX*** & MDX***. I wanted to track my order and they told me they tried to deliver but no one was home. This is utter nonsense. I saw the fan pulled up in front of my neighbors house and they are not home. How the hell can they appoint people that can see that the gate number and the waybill adres are not the same. I want my stuff here by tommorow I will not wait until after the weekend because of their stupidity that I still not have my goods. Total nonsense I want this fixed.
