No customer service!
I've been trying to get hold of the lady (Wilma Nienaber), via email and telephone, assisting me with my shipment issue and also the manager but no one is answering their phones and also not getting through to customer service. The issue with my shipment has been going on for almost 2 months now. I'm really getting fed up with this kind of service.
