No customer service
<p>My parcel arrived more than a week ago. Somebody phoned me to tell me my parcel was stopped by customs and I need to send an invoice and proof of payment. The same day I received an email saying the same. I have send my documents many times and receive a mail delivery failure report everytime. I have made sure the address is correct. When I send enquiries to confirm receipt of documents, the mails goes through but no one reply's to my enquiries. I have also tried phoning multiple times and get no answer. Unfortunately I ordered goods from China and they pick the courier, I will never ever use this company by choice...and I wouldn't recommend it either!</p>
Kindly be advised that TNT together with many other Gobal companies were affected by a ransomware attack on 27 June. This has had an impact on our system and services.
All TNT depots, hubs and facilities are operational and most TNT services are available. Some customers are still experiencing widespread service and invoicing delays, and manual processes are being used to facilitate a significant portion of TNT operations and customer service functions. We continue to work together to bring critical systems back online.
