No customer service
<p>I ordered an item from Loot.co.za that was send via FEDEX couriers on Monday the 25th of July.</p> <p> </p> <p>Up untill now no delivery has been received and the call centre ********** cannot give me any indication or answers on when I can expect this delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I do not phone to find out what is going on or where the package is there is no feedback to the customer on late deliveries. Dear Mr de Vries, thank you for the above complaint and please accept my apology for any frustration caused. The is a roadfreight shipment which arrived in Johannesburg in the early ours ont he 27th. The shipment did go out on delivery on the 27th howver was brought back to base as a bad address. A company name was needed to deliver. This information was updated this morning and handed to operations for delviery this afternoon. The shipment has not gone out on delivery and I have requested an early delivery tomororw morning.
