No customer service

I have been trying to get an import to the country for over a month.<br> <br> TNT never contact you. You complete the forms and follow their protocol and tell you to phone them.<br> <br> I have an account with TNT and no one gets back to you. The website doesn't track parcels properly as I was meant to have my parcel last Friday already.<br> <br> I have phoned 3 times this morning and been sent from one department to the next and no one knows what is going on.<br> <br> This is the last time I will use TNT
