Proper useless bunch of ball bags. These idiots said they phoned me about my parcel 3 days before delivery date. I never got a single call and I'm still waiting. My sister called them and they said they did call me and I was the one delaying them which is bull****. One idiot never did their job and now they pointing fingers as always. Now my package is delayed on the day of arrival. I understand delays happen but ****, COMMUNICATE!!! You ****in *****s said you called me, I never received a single call from any one of your consultants. They said they asked me for my ID number and I had told them to wait. Wait for ****in WHAT?!?! I know my ID off the top of my head, why would I tell you to wait?!?! The only professional thing you guys are good at is being stupid *********** ****s. Bunch of unprofessional ballbags.
