No communication and No feedback

I had my parcel couriered from China and received tracking number.I went on the TNT site to track my parcel and the details but TNT mentioned an estimate delivery date of 13/04/2016.I called in to follow up before then as it was taking longer than usual only to be told that my ID was required hence the hold up.No one bothered to send an e-mail or call to communicate such information but they have nerve to slab me with an admin bill that I really don't understand what is it for.I did my own admin there.I was send from pillar to post to contact different people.The only communication I received was for a huge invoice from credit control.TNT please leave up to your advertising because the experience I received is quite shocking for such a huge company that claims to operate globally. Utterly disappointed.
