No communication

What an absolute nightmare. My package arrived in Cape Town and just sat there for days. I probably called 5 or 6 times until I could speak to someone in ther customs department. Still dont have any updates on my package and I have a customer shouting at me asking me why his package item is taking so long to get delivered.

What would have happened if I didnt start callinbg them like crazy? Would my package just lie there? It seems like they only do something when you start calling them.

Ill nmever use them again. Rather pay a bit extra and use DHL!
