No collections done no refund as well

I arranged for a collection to be done in cape town to be delivered in Johannesburg, a month and a half has passed and no collection was done i requested for a refund and still no refund. For an international company to have such bad customer service and missing collections is embarrassing. I dealt with three different consultant and all of them made promises and still to date nothing. I dealt with Ashmika harinaarian, shamilah satarien and cherzal subramoney still no sense of customer service how pathetic. Definitely not going to use FedEx services in future or recommend their services
