NEVER USE TNT, USE DHL!

Absolutely shocking service and impossible to get hold of! When you call the call centre it either just rings, or says operating hours are between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday even it is during operating hours.......very confusing and quite shocking actually! Then when finally i sent an email on the website someone called me and said they would get back to me. Of course they never got back to me and parcel is meant to be delivered today, but they say it is still with customs. Lets see how fast this will be resolved now.....
