NEVER use TNT
They are ridiculous. Our parcel has been in SA customs for 2 weeks already. TNT phones just ring and emails dont get answered. Such bad service. I wish i had read their reviews before using them. I would have stayed away had i known they are such a pathetic company to deal with.
