Never use FedEx if you sent a parcel from abroad.
I have been contacting FedEX since 28 April 2021 with regards to a second hand book sent to me from California. It is now 26 May 2021. I am struggling with FedEx to release the parcel and after various calls and emails, I've given them my correct Cell phone number, I've given them my ID number, etc. Today, I received an email stating that if I do not reply within 3 days the parcel will be sent to be destructed. PLEASE do not use FedEX!
