Never use FEDEX!!

We had to get some marketing material to Namibia for 21 Jan 2024. They came to collect the parcels around the 12th. After arriving in Namibia, and only when I went to their offices. I was told that they need more documents. No email no call NOTHING!!! Then I submitted the documents. Note that they said the goods were in Namibia from the 18th. Then on the 26 I still did not receive my parcels. I then requested it to be RTS as I was coming back to SA on the 29th. Today is the 6th and still no news. They were very quick to issue an invoice and took the money as you had to give credit card details when you opened the account. I disputed the invoice and also nothing. NEVER use them if you can get an alternative service provider. Their communication is non existent and they are only taking your money.
