Never ever again an expensive shipment with FEDEX for urgent delivery
After not receiving my urgent delivery from the USA I started googling and unfortunately HelloPeter is a top 3 hit in Google when you enter FEDEX delay.
No help from FEDEX hanging now with customs for more than 2 weeks, delivered all the invoices, first the eBay invoice, then the Paypal, then customs wanted to know to which bank account the PayPal invoice was connected> So send screenshots from my payment, statements another screenshot with my name on it and the bank logo in it....... Yes you are guessing right, still nothing.
Tried the online chat, useless. Actually tired of typing this as my blood is boiling. Never ever again Fedex with their premium pricing to get something here urgently ....

Escalating is an empty word for FEDEX. FED UP should be their name.
Is this really their daily job, delivering parcels ???? UNBELIEVABLE

Received a message that the goods would be released after paying the tax invoice. Had to contact FEDEX again after 6 days as I had not received the invoices.
After contacting them I had the 2 invoices in my inbox. Paid and sent the proof of payment. Also confirmed if my address was correct as I changed address due to office closure over the holiday season.
Yes all was confirmed.
Today 2 days after payment I thought based on previous experiences let me check the delivery time, this is what I received. No notification nothing from FEDX. It is that I checked myself

to provide correct delivery address and/or additional delivery information.
Fedex this house has been here for more than 20 years !!
Can you deliver today as I have been waiting since November 22nd and apparently you only take action if people complain here on Hello Peter
