Never ending issues with FedEx

I have already posted a review regarding FedEx this is a follow up from when I was contacted by FedEx last week... They contacted me and asked for information to which I sent an email to the individual who contacted me asking if the commercial invoice is what is required I hear back from a different individual now asking me for the information yet again and was told that if they do not hear back from me in three days they will store the post for me for a certain amount of days or sent back this will incur further costs to me I am having nothing but bad experiences constantly from FedEx... I am still waiting for the individual who I emailed the details to, to still get back to me and he has not but a new individual emails me I emailed back saying I already sent the details and am still awaiting feedback if this is the right information
