Never again

I am back with my complaints.When I call FedEx or email I don't have a feedback.So, I am forced to come on hellopeter. First of all I am complaining the fact that they never pick up calls. Second of all the service is not express but it's really really slow. Third of all why do they try to get money from us even in the little things? If where the parcel comes from they checked and confirm that this is for personal use and it's second hand why the same process has to be done here? We thought where DHL failed FedEx will pass but they are both just the same.Big companies with big names but nothing inside.better fly and collect your good! I am gonna get my private wedding with no wedding dress they can keep it..I am soooo done and the lady dealing with my case is really really not cooperative
