My parcel still not delivered , you are claiming that you did not receive clearance payment
FedEx , on my tracking status you are claiming that you are unable to collect clearance payments . You have not sent any payment information to me
I sent emails to Sipho and Olga and none of them responded. Your service is poor , this kind of treatment is unacceptable
