MY PARCEL IS ******

I have ordred a Gstar Raw items international, they arrived in SA and was handed to Fedex for delivery. One was supposed to be delivered on the 10th July, nothing received, the other parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 12th July nothing delivered. I spoke to the ladies at Frdex customer care and they told me that they hasve send a request to the warehouse but they are resoponding to their emails. Yesterday the 13th July I spoke to Oatile via email and he assured me that both my parcels will be delivered to me today frifay the 14th. Nothing delivered. When I make follow up I am told your "Gstar package cannot be located. How do they know that it a Gstar package.

WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON WITH THIS DELIVERY
