My order is updated to say that it was delayed due to a security concern

My order is updated to say that it was delayed due to a security concern. They didn't even try to contact me about this. Now while trying to speak to an actual person in their company to sort this out they make it impossible to actually reach them. How pathetic are you as a delivery service when you make it hard to do something as basic as speak to someone.
