MY HUAWEI PHONE NOT DELIVERD AS PROMISED
I have been given feedback by Orange that my online order was shipped on the 11/09/2015. I phoned FedEx informing them that my parcel has been shipped and I my self have tracked the order and found out that it is at FedEx dispatch, the lady told me Orange hasn't despatched my order which is more frustrating because I can see my parcel has been dispatched by FedEx through order tracking. Waybill number ORA*** shows that my order is in Johannesburg and has the Parcel Pre-Inducted to Manifest status. Please help
