The worst service I have had from a service provider. My parcel arrived in Joburg on 19 Oct 2020, from Harare, and since then has not been delivered in Joburg (6 Nov 2020). Every time I call they take my contacts and never come back to me. Their service and customer care is pathetic. Will NEVER EVER use Fedex in my life!!!!
