Most pathetic service i have ever dealt with

<p>As an employee of a company I have had the complete displeasure of dealing with TNT this past month. I have read all the bad reviews posted on Hello Peter and must say if TNT could be as dedicated to responding to their customers emails as they are to responding to bad reviews posted about then, then maybe their customers would not be resorting to complaints on Hello Peter. They do not take our calls, do not respond to emails, do not submit documents as its sent to them. I have email threads were i am pleading for feed back that is met with no responce. Certain Business face complete disaster because TNT has the worst busniess ethics thus far that I have come across. To DHL, A big Thumbs up as you guys send feedback, submit documents on time, call before we have and provide proof of all corispondence and efforts to get parcels released and delivered. Delays are continueoulsy followed up on and reported back to customers from DHL were TNT leave people stressed about whether they will still have a job to come back to.</p> <p>To e veryone who has had a bad experiance with TNT - take your business to DHL.</p>
