Most ***********, useless international courier ever! Over a month late and still waiting!

<p>Our parcel (consignment ********** 75) was sent from our supplier in China on 16 May. The scheduled delivery date was 24 May. Today is 24 JUNE and we have yet to receive the parcel. Our parcel was stopped at customs, which I understand causes an extra delay, but seriously, it has been a MONTH. There were extra charges (which we paid) and we were double billed for some things (which I queried and was told to only pay the difference). I have been on the phone with countless TNT staff trying to find out what is hapenning and when we can expect to receive our parcel. According to the TNT tracking system, the parcel was released by customs several days ago, but we are still waiting for any update as to when we will receive this parcel! This is ridiculously terrible service and definitely the last time that I will EVER make use of TNT's services. I would discourage everybody else from using TNT. We had a parcel sent with FedEx from the same supplier two days later and it arrived here over a month ago without any problems.</p>
