Missing shipment
A parcel was sent from China to RSA on 13 May. Expected delivery date was 17 May. The parcel left Dubai on 16 May and is yet to be scanned into RSA. The call centre isn't getting back to me or my agent in China and my clients are now starting to cancel their orders while the parcel seems to have gone missing. ********** 2241
