Missing parcels from Fedex
I had an international package to be delivered to South Africa. on the 23 th of April 2019, clearance got delayed by custom. On the 17 of May 2019 they package got released and handed to Fedex. The 20th May 2019 the delivery guy came with one box( the items he had was 2 dolls and a pair of shoe). I then informed the driver that the rest of my parcel is missing. My parcel initially consisted of two boxes which were, 3 dolls and 11 pairs of shoes. He then told me to call fedex office and find out. I have been calling and emailing for assistance however I am not getting any feedback the only thing they had said was they are investigating till date.
