Missing Parcel – Marked as Delivered But Not Received
My Shein order was out for delivery today, I was at home the whole day and no one delivered to my house but around 17:26 I tracked it, according to the tracking information the parcel was marked as delivered and signed by someone but I have not received the package.
I have checked thoroughly with my household members, neighbours, and the surrounding area, and there is no sign of the delivery. I tried to call customer services and I was put on hold for 30 mins. I want my money back
