Missing Package

I am so agitated, I was called in May and told to pay for clearance, just when I was about to pay I received a call stating my package is missing after that no-one got back I called on the 29th of May and opened a trace, whole of June nobody called me. I called again and an agent by the name of Mr K. Pegal states there was no trace opened n wanted to know who opened it n I obviously didn't't know so he couldn't help me on regards to the previous trace and said he opened it. I called again and was told the trace was opened in May but still nobody is giving me feedback. I called again and spoke to the same K Pegal who said the manager is on another call n insisted on helping me n then advised the manager "Lee" is in a meeting and he's Team leader Lushen will call me shortly but still nobody is getting back oh did I mention I was told to tell the supplier to resend the goods and how is that possible when I paid close to R2900 for my goods and the supplier sent it and fedex told me its missing... I need my goods or my refund
