Missing package
I have to say that out of all the courier services I have used, TNT has to be the worst. There's a package that I was supposed to receive on Monday that I have not received as of today which is two days later. Apparently no one seems to know where it is, which roughly means they have lost it. That package is vital for my business as I have customers that are waiting for it. This then is actually bad for my business. This is the third time i have been using TNT services and already such a thing is happening.
