Maniac driver punching my garage door.

My order was delivered yesterday at around 11am. The delivery driver knocked on my front door for 10 seconds very loudly. Then stopped. Then he walked over to my garage door and started pounding it with his fists until I was able to quickly get the keys to roll up the garage door. This level of unprofessionalism is disgusting. Your driver showed no respect for my property or showed even a modicum patience in how long it takes a person to answer the knock on the door. His attitude once the door was open was horrific, imitating his annoyance at me not being able to answer my door within 10 seconds of asking. Your drivers and service employees are the face of your company, this image of FedEx is how I view your company. Please explain your drivers barbarism.
