Lunga the legend

I was pretty frustrated yesterday when I struggled to contact Fedex to resolve a customs exception. And, don't get me wrong, it's not easy to reach them. But that's pretty common of most couriers these days. They all make it super difficult to reach them. I'm unsure why.

Anyway, on to the good. Once I was contacted by Lunga Khoza things got so much better. They helped me resolve the ID number and sort out the commercial invoice when I sent the wrong one. First thing this morning it had cleared customs and they made an effort to get it delivered this afternoon.
