Lunga Khoza

My sister sent me a parcel from Dubai, then I was contacted by S. Kortje who did ask me to submit the invoices and other documents, which I did. In the parcel, there was some used items which didn't have slips. She Came back to me to ask for the English version of the invoices(which where already in English and arabic) and was asking for the used items slips. I phoned to explain AGAIN that the Invoices where already in English, and that I had no slips for the used items. But I was not impressed by the WAY she responded to me on the Phone, very cold, and unfriendly. She sad she could not help me with out English Invoice, she had to contact the Shipper. She almost hang up on me. Then I called back twice, she will pick up the Phone and keep quiet. Very unprofessionnal ! Then I Came here reading the reviews, I saw many People praising Lunga Khoza's services. I then decided to send her an email and ask her to take over. She phoned me same day, very Kind and profesionnal and she Sent me a form to fill with all the prices and details, then send it back to her. The issue was sorted ! My parcel was delivered today ! Thanks to Lunga Khoza, I can still think about using FedEx in the future. S. Kortje, with that Kind of attitude, you will chasse away a lot of customers ! Shame
