Lunga is amazing!!

Lunga Khoza at FedEx is an absolute life saver!!!! She went above and beyond to assist me. I had dealt with a few other staff members but none were able to assist and help the way she did. She guided me step by step, ensured my predicament was met with a solution and was polite and kind (and at times funny- she pulled an epic joke on me that I wasn’t going to get my parcel in time). If it wasn’t for her, I would not have received my parcel before hopping on a flight for a month without the goods I needed for my travels. Like I said- life saver, helpful, and all round such a pleasure to deal with. She’s the best!!!
