Loud Noise & Bad Experience

The company says my address is wrong, where as that the address they normally deliver to, when you call them, they’ll tell you the parcel is in Pretoria only to find out the parcel is not in Pretoria it’s in Midrand. Then called and spoke to a Lady by the name of Linda on the call, whilst I was on the line there was annoying colleague of hers singing and screaming in the background whilst other talking loud, couldn’t hear each other. I’m really annoyed by such bad service especially if we calling from cellphones with airtime.
