**** to again by the Senior Manager this time

All i can say is that TNT is operated by a bunch of *****, after 2 complaints i was contacted by a senior manager yesterday who promised to ensure my item gets delivered today, she further promised to keep track and inform me as well regarding delivery of my item, should i be surprised that my item has not yet been delivered........ What a ******* courier company to deal with....
