LETS START A CAMPAIGN TO GET FEDEX INVESTIGATED
THIS STUPIDITY IS TOO MUCH, YOU GET MY SHIPMENT HIJACK AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR DUTIES, YOU DONT REFUND ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK NOW, YOU DONT GIVE UPDATES, MY SHIPMENT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED YESTERDAY TOO NOO UPDATES, THE ONE THATS TO BE DELIVERED TODAY TOO HAS MOVED TO PENDING, IS IT THAT YOU ARE DOING THIS BECAUSE I AM A FOREIGN NATIONAL OR YOU ARE JUST DROPPING THE BALL INTENTIONALLY??

21 Dec 2021, 14:42Something makes you think i am afraid of your brand if your brand is always doing one thing after the other, dropping the ball on several occasions, and now telling me my shipment is hijacked and is not able to sort my refund out, you think i am not in my right to start any campaign i want to, go on and get you legal on this, i also have access to the best lawyers money can buy. Bring it on!!! PS: don't forget i have more than 2yrs worth of emails. The impudence.

30 Dec 2021, 14:50i am still waiting, now with Leigh Taylor having the nerve to tell me i have other options after her team *****ing up on countless occasions and also failing to provide me with a refund after my package was supposedly hijacked, i am going to use my freedom of speech to blow this out so everyone knows about this. The nerve on her to tell me they are winning awards and i have other options after charging a premium for 3 - 5 days and it taking more than the stipulated days. Let's see how you get out of this one.!!!
