Late or no delivery

Just when i thought TNT was changing and everything was going smoothly, this happens.

I made payment for VAT and duties for a shipment i have coming in yesterday. This was suppose to be delivered this afternoon. But now the tracking states that they are awaiting payment and are holding my parcel and will deliver next week only.

I called the call centre and they advised that everything is paid and they should deliver today. I tried to call the pretoria office but no one answer or the the line is engaged.

Can someone please sort this out asap. Really getting tired of this now. It seems like service delivery issues are not only limited to government institutions anymore. Seems like even private companies are starting to follow this trend.
